On her first trip to Herzegovina, Ambassador Cormack visited Mostar and Trebinje. In addition to meeting officials from both cities, the Ambassador was delighted to visit Intera Technology Park and learn more about entrepreneurship efforts among young people in Mostar. While in Trebinje, she visited several local businesses and stressed the need for creating a better business environment to generate jobs and increase investment. Ambassador Cormack concluded her visit to the region by meeting with Trebinje participants in the Youth Leadership Program, whom she congratulated on being selected to participate in this great program, saying she counted on them to be future leaders of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
