  • The Fulbright Foreign Student Program Visiting Student Researcher

    This program provides grants to graduate students to conduct full-time academic research at U.S. institutions of higher education for up to a full U.S. academic year.

  • Fulbright Scholarship: Special Graduate Study Program for 2020-2021 Academic Year (Master’s level)

    The Embassy of the United States of America in Bosnia and Herzegovina is pleased to announce a special Fulbright Graduate Study Program competition for the 2020-21 academic year.  This special program will enable young students and professionals from BiH to study for one year or longer at U.S. universities to pursue Master’s level study of academic disciplines related to countering disinformation and malign influence, including fields important to improving media literacy and critical thinking. Such academic fields for Fulbright may include, but are not limited to:  media studies, communications and journalism, documentary filmmaking, information technology, law, public policy, political science, ethics, and psychology.  Participants are selected through an open, merit-based competition.  This prestigious award covers tuition and fees at a U.S. university, a monthly living stipend, health insurance, and international airfare.

  • U.S. Service Academy

    Bosnia and Herzegovina has been selected by the U.S. Departments of Defense and State to nominate up to six candidates for admission to the U.S. Service Academies (both the United States Military Academy at West Point and the United States Air Force Academy).
