Important Passport Information

Please Note:

The Passport fees listed below are non-refundable processing fees that are retained by the Department of State whether or not the passport is issued.

There is no expedited service outside the United States.

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Debit or credit cards;
  • Cash – We can accept either dollars or Bosnian Marks.

We are not authorized to accept personal checks.

Fees to:

Apply for a Passport Card

The U.S. Passport Card can be used to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda at land border crossings or sea ports-of-entry and is more convenient and less expensive than a passport book. The passport card cannot be used for international travel by air.

  • First time adult applicants (over 16): $55
  • Previous passport/passport card holder: $30
  • All minors under the age of 16: $40

Apply for a Second Passport

  • Adult Passport Book: $130

Apply for an Adult Passport – my last passport was issued before I was 16 or more than 15 years ago

  • Adult Passport Book (First Time Applicants): $165

Change Name on U.S. passport

  • There is no fee for this service.

Exchange a Limited Validity Passport for Full Validity

  • There is no fee for this service.

Renew a child’s passport under the age of 16

  • All Minor Applicants: $135

Renew an Adult Passport

  • Adult Passport Book (Renewals): $130

Replace a damaged passport

  • Replacing a damaged passport for an adult applicant: $165
  • Replacing a damaged passport for all minor applicants: $135

Replace a lost or stolen passport

  • Replacing a lost/stolen passport for an adult applicant: $165
  • Replacing a lost/stolen passport for all minor applicants: $135

Report a birth abroad

A child born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent or parents may acquire U.S. citizenship at birth if certain statutory requirements are met. Learn more about a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) here.

  • CRBA Interview: The fee for this service is $100 (payable in U.S. dollars, KM, or by credit card).
  • To apply for the child’s first passport: $135 fee (payable in U.S. dollars, KM, or by credit card).
