If you are in Bosnia and Herzegovina you are required to apply for the passport service at the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo.

You must sign up for an appointment to submit your application.  Someone else may submit your application on your behalf.  You should request an appointment in the name of the individual submitting your application.
