If you are in Bosnia and Herzegovina you are required to apply for the passport service at the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo.

You must sign up for an appointment to submit your application.  You must apply for the passport in person.  If you are requesting an appointment for a child, please put the appointment in the child’s name.
